This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Manage operational inquiries related to bookings prior to arrival, throughout the stay, and post-travel.
• Efficiently address client concerns while following established service levels, quality benchmarks, and procedures.
• Deliver prompt and precise information to facilitate a seamless client experience.
• Strive for resolution on the first point of contact whenever feasible.
• Refer complex situations according to predefined protocols.
• Keep accurate records of cases within internal systems.
• Foster a customer-focused service culture that emphasizes high performance.
• Proficiency in both English and French is essential for this position (both spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service or operational support; a background in travel or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to handle multiple requests in a dynamic environment.
• Customer-oriented approach with a strong dedication to service excellence.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with booking, case management, or CRM systems is a plus.
