Call Center Atención al Cliente – Radiología

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEOPERATOR - RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT 100% REMOTE WORK

• Schedule: Monthly Rotating: Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Saturdays: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm (time slot) / Managing 48 hours per week. Days off: Sundays

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 months of experience in a Call Center or in-person customer service for the healthcare sector (no sales).

• 6 months of experience in a Call Center providing customer service in any sector + studies in the health field (ongoing, incomplete, or completed).

• Must have tools for remote management: PC or Laptop (Minimum 8GB RAM - Windows 10 and 11 Pro) / Wired Internet (Fixed at 100 Mbps speed) / Headphones with a microphone or headset.

• Must reside in Lima or Callao (essential).
