This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver informed responses to basic client inquiries; escalate more intricate cases to the relevant personnel as necessary.
• Utilize your expertise to address client issues, update account records, and follow up with clients to ensure their inquiries or requests are satisfactorily resolved.
• Comply with client SLAs while consistently achieving production goals.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, management, and clients to address client inquiries; train new team members in customer service protocols.
• Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client inquiry processing by evaluating and suggesting improvements to procedures and workflows.
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience across any industry.
• Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively resolve inquiries.
• Excellent customer service skills, emphasizing both written and verbal communication for professional inquiry responses.
• Capability to recognize your role within a team and identify the appropriate stakeholders to consult for resolving client inquiries.
