This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding products and services, including personnel, website, company information, vehicle-specific questions, e-mobility, service topics, sales, redirects, and contact information.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints effectively.
• Managing inquiries received through various channels.
• Identifying customer needs and assisting them with specific features.
• Analyzing and reporting on product malfunctions.
• Assisting with the training and onboarding of new employees upon management's request.
• Updating internal databases with information about technical issues and relevant customer interactions.
• Informing customers about new features and functionalities.
• High school diploma (required).
• Experience in telephone customer service or a call-center environment (preferred).
• Native German speaker or C1 level proficiency in German (both written and spoken) - required.
• Fluency in English (an advantage).
• Knowledge of the automotive industry (a plus).
• Experience with help-desk software and remote-support tools (a plus).
• Working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
