This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding products and services, including staff, website, company information, vehicle specifics, electromobility, service-related topics, sales, redirection, and contact details.
• Acknowledging and addressing customer complaints.
• Managing inquiries received through various channels.
• Identifying customer needs and assisting them with specific features.
• Analyzing and reporting on product malfunctions.
• Providing assistance in training new employees as requested by management.
• Updating our internal databases with information related to technical issues and valuable discussions with customers.
• Informing customers about new features and functionalities.
• High School diploma (required).
• Experience in telephone customer service or call center environments (preferred).
• German native speaker or C1 Level proficiency (both written and spoken - required).
• Fluency in English (additional advantage).
• Familiarity with the automotive industry (additional advantage).
• Experience with help desk software and remote support tools (additional advantage).
• Understanding of CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
