Consultor de Experiencia II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop the online selection pathway, taking into account deadlines, project goals, and the experience of the candidates.

• Conduct meetings with clients to align expectations regarding project experiences, presenting pathway proposals and outcomes.

• Monitor project indicators, manage data, and create reports for analysis.

• Oversee and ensure the diversity metrics of the projects are met.

• Create support materials for clients and candidates.

• Engage with the community of youth registered for opportunities through planned content.

• Structure the selection process and ranking for the project, organizing convocations and rejections at various stages.

• Plan and develop proposals for dynamic stages and online and/or in-person panels.

• Organize and manage the process of online and/or in-person interviews.

• Manage the process of approvals, deliberations, and feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge in data management.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in Google Slides/PowerPoint.

• Experience with recruitment and selection methodologies and processes.

• Ability and interest in creating experiences for youth.
