Consulting Services Consultant, EDI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee EDI integrations for designated customers, including new implementations, ongoing maintenance, and setup of trading partners.

• Map EDI transactions to the formats required by Epicor Kinetic and translate Kinetic data for external trading partners.

• Diagnose integration, mapping, and data issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with proactive communication and responsiveness to evolving technical requirements.

• Configure and support new vendors and trading partners within customer EDI environments.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex challenges, share expertise, and enhance technical knowledge.

• Work across various EDI technologies and ERP environments while partnering directly with customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in EDI, systems integration, technical consulting, or a closely related field.

• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage directly with customers, vendors, or trading partners.

• Capability to independently manage customer priorities while collaborating with a broader technical team.

• Familiarity with Epicor Kinetic, particularly in Demand Management (this could be an advantage).

• Experience with EDI HQ or similar translation and mapping platforms (this could be an advantage).

• Knowledge of EDI mapping, SFTP, AS2, or integrations involving multiple ERP platforms (this could be an advantage).
