Consultant/Senior Consultant, Financials – Banking, Assets, Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee: Financials—Banking, Assets, Projects

• Comprehend customer business requirements, design and set up the Workday solution, showcase configurations through prototype developments, support testing of the Workday solution, and ensure knowledge transfer to clients.

• Collaborate with clients to assist in migrating legacy data to Workday.

• Support the integration consulting team in setting up and validating integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.

• Provide project managers with updates and keep them informed about the overall project status.

• Work collaboratively and synergistically on team-based projects.

• Ensure clients understand and leverage Alchemy and Workday best practices.

• Aid in ensuring clients remain referenceable post-production.

• Utilize training opportunities to enhance your skill set.

• Aim to innovate and propose new strategies and tools for the efficient and effective deployment of Workday.

• Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.

• Mentor new and junior consultants and act as a professional role model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of Workday Financials consulting experience with expertise in Financials—Banking, Assets, Projects.

• Proven track record in leading and deploying Financials—Banking, Assets, Projects.

• A background in Finance and Accounting.

• Experience in deploying Workday, Ellucian, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

• Ability and readiness to travel up to 40%.
