Consultant – Veeva Clinical Operations, Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assess customer needs and assist in the design and architecture solutions for trial sponsors or contract research organizations (CRO) using Vault Clinical (e.g., eTMF, CTMS, SSU, Payments, etc.)

• Critically evaluate business requirements to provide guidance and develop solutions that promote customer success, ensuring process alignment with system design and functionality.

• Collaborate with customers and take part in system design workstreams (e.g., requirements gathering, configuration, validation, migration, integration, training).

• Identify and resolve issues while executing configuration changes within the system.

• Establish the customer’s business deployment strategies, key performance indicators, and governance post-launch.

• Serve as the customer liaison, facilitating communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.

• Assist customers in embracing Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation initiatives aimed at ensuring comprehensive customer success.

• Lead change management strategies for clients transitioning from on-premise to SaaS solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions, preferably in content management software, or experience within the Life Sciences industry with an emphasis on Clinical Trials and technological affinity.

• Background in a Consulting and/or customer-facing capacity with a strong ability to manage customer expectations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Capability to work autonomously with clients, understand and translate business requirements, and develop corresponding solution designs.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
