Consultant – Veeva Clinical Operations, Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer needs and assist in the design and architecture of solutions for trial sponsors or contract research organizations (CRO) using Vault Clinical (e.g., eTMF, CTMS, SSU, Payments, etc.)

• Critically assess business requirements to provide guidance and develop solutions that promote customer success, ensuring process alignment with system design and functionality.

• Collaborate with customers and participate in system design workstreams, including requirements gathering, configuration, validation, migration, integration, and training.

• Diagnose issues and implement configuration changes within the system.

• Outline the customer’s business deployment strategies, key performance indicators, and governance post-implementation.

• Serve as a liaison for customers, facilitating communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.

• Assist customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation initiatives aimed at ensuring overall customer success.

• Lead change management efforts for customers transitioning from on-premise to SaaS solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, preferably in content management software or within the Life Sciences sector with knowledge of Clinical Trials and a passion for technology.

• Background in a Consulting and/or customer-facing role, with a focus on managing customer expectations effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Capability to work autonomously with clients, understand and translate business needs, and develop corresponding solution designs.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
