
Consultant, Staff Augmentation – Planning and Performance Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver customer service outcomes that include configuration, auditing, reconciliation, and reporting within the Planning and Performance solutions, focusing on providing a high-value experience for customers while managing project budgets and timelines.
• The Planning and Performance functions encompass budgeting, long-range forecasting, capital and business planning, and performance management.
• Conduct thorough analysis and provide proactive recommendations on module configurations while understanding customers' accounting, data, and organizational structures.
• Collaborate with customers to facilitate tool adoption and create process workflows for administering the various aspects of the application, tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
• Adhere to standard process workflows to conduct routine administration and audit activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all communications and work efforts with customers, including emails, video meetings, instant messaging, and potentially in-person travel if requested by the customer.
• Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and experience with financial systems.
• Direct involvement with Financial Planning software applications such as Operating Budgeting, Management Reporting, Strategic Planning, and Capital and Business Planning, with experience in StrataJazz preferred.
• Strong time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional presentation and listening skills, with the capability to think quickly and provide consultative responses.
• Strong executive presence to manage relationships at the senior level.
• Collaborative approach to work alongside customer finance teams.
• A growth mindset aimed at continuously enhancing program effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience in building and working with financial models.
