This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver customer service outcomes that include configuration, auditing, reconciliation, and reporting within the Planning and Performance solutions, focusing on providing a high-value experience for customers while managing project budgets and timelines.
• The Planning and Performance functions encompass budgeting, long-range forecasting, capital and business planning, and performance management.
• Conduct detailed analyses and provide proactive recommendations on module configurations, while gaining an understanding of customers’ accounting practices, data, and organizational structure.
• Collaborate with customers to promote tool adoption and create process workflows for managing various areas of the application, tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
• Adhere to standard process workflows to execute routine administration and auditing tasks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all communications and work efforts, which may include emails, video meetings, instant messaging, and potentially in-person travel if requested by the customer.
• Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, financial statements, and experience with financial systems.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Planning software applications such as Operating Budgeting, Management Reporting, Strategic Planning, and Capital and Business Planning, with a preference for experience in StrataJazz.
• Strong time management capabilities, enabling the management of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional presentation and listening skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide consultative responses.
• Strong executive presence to effectively manage relationships at the senior level.
• A collaborative working approach to partner with customer finance teams.
• A growth mindset aimed at continuously enhancing program performance and customer satisfaction.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in building and utilizing financial models.
