Consultant, SAP Customer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide customers with an exceptional experience and contribute to our success narrative.

• Actively assist clients in ongoing initiatives, ranging from analysis and optimization to the design and implementation of marketing, sales, and service processes.

• Create tailored workshops and devise customized solutions for clients.

• Oversee the budget and content for both national and international projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a (Senior) SAP Consultant, (Partial) Project Manager for large-scale projects, or in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of implementing the SAP CRM/CX solution.

• Strong affinity for IT, an analytical-conceptual mindset, and a solid grasp of complex technical issues alongside customer perspectives.

• Enjoyment in collaborating within a team and delivering personalized consulting services to clients.

• Ability to act and think independently, methodically, and results-oriented.

• Enthusiasm, flexibility, and assertiveness.

• Confident demeanor with business fluency in both German and English.

• Willingness to travel as required.
