Consultant Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate relationships with benefits consultants and brokers nationwide, identifying opportunities to enhance partnerships.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of LearnLux’s product offerings, value proposition, and roadmap to effectively educate consultants.

• Act as a conduit for feedback to marketing, product, and other LearnLux teams concerning inquiries from the consultant community.

• Collaborate with the sales team to devise strategic plans and assist in prospecting efforts utilizing consultant relationships.

• Aid in sales-generated opportunities and partner with consultants to extract leads from their client networks.

• Work with the broader team to generate innovative ideas, share best practices, and boost team efficiency.

• Assume potential leadership roles and assist in team development as the company expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a benefits consultant or in a role that sells to benefits consultants.

• Significant experience in SaaS Benefits, Benefits Consulting, or within a Confirming/Brokerage Firm.

• Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of financial wellbeing as a fundamental aspect of total wellbeing.

• Capability to prioritize effectively and navigate a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated history of being a top performer.

• A collaborative mindset coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Self-motivated individual who excels with independence.

• Proven ability and eagerness to forge effective internal and external relationships.

• Preferred candidate located in the Eastern Time Zone.

• Strong network with benefits consultants and brokers.
