Consultant Operational AI, KI-Implementierung

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsibility for mandates in AI strategy and implementation projects within the mid-sized sector (industry focuses include services and investors)

• Strategic work spanning all functional areas — Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Accounting, Operations, IT

• Use-case prioritization and roadmap design based on impact

• Change Management as a core component of every mandate — you are the rock in the storm when everything is shaky for the client

• Knowledge transfer into our TÜV-SÜD-certified AI training and AI business coaching — live sessions from ongoing projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of consulting experience (strategy, management, or technology consulting), preferably related to AI, data, or digital transformation

• Proven mandate responsibility — at least workstream or project lead

• Confident client management at C-level and project leader level, not just one of the two

• Substantial technical understanding (LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Cloud vs. on-premises) — ideally evidenced in professional experience (optional)

• Experience in presentation and knowledge transfer to groups — live sessions in AI business coaching, online events, workshops with numerous participants. Supported by project presentations, teaching formats, or comparable experience (optional)

• Methodological depth in Change Management

• Openness to our approach model instead of imposing your own methodology

• Negotiation-level German, good English
