Consultant Operational AI – AI Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing mandates related to AI strategy and implementation initiatives for mid-sized enterprises, focusing on sectors such as services and investments.

• Engage in strategic work across all functional domains, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Accounting, Operations, and IT.

• Prioritize use cases and design roadmaps based on their potential impact.

• Manage change effectively, being a stabilizing force during challenging times for clients.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer through our TÜV SÜD-certified AI training and AI business coaching, utilizing real-life scenarios from ongoing projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of consulting experience in strategy, management, or technology consulting, preferably with exposure to AI, data, or digital transformation.

• Proven track record in managing client engagements, including leading workstreams or subprojects.

• Ability to manage clients confidently at both C-level and project lead levels, not limited to just one of these roles.

• Strong technical knowledge in areas such as LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and the distinctions between cloud and on-premises solutions, ideally demonstrated in your professional background (optional).

• Experience in presenting and teaching to audiences, including live sessions in AI business coaching, online events, and large workshops. This can be evidenced through project presentations, teaching experiences, or similar roles (optional).

• Methodical expertise in change management.

• Willingness to adapt to our operating model instead of insisting on a personal methodology.

• Proficient in business-level German and good command of English.

• Must reside in Germany.
