Consultant, Multi-Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to our clients on transitioning on-premises applications to the cloud, as well as managing cloud-to-cloud migrations across various platforms and hyperscalers.

• Evaluate current IT and application landscapes to devise suitable migration strategies, including rehosting, replatforming, and refactoring.

• Offer strategic assessments and consulting to clients to fulfill the needs of IT and business units.

• Present and articulate the solution portfolio during client meetings.

• Design and implement hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.

• Develop business cases and decision-making documents.

• Assist in the preparation of proposals and cost estimates.

• Employ both traditional and agile methodologies in a flexible manner.

• Research the market and assess emerging technologies and IT trends within the cloud sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a technical field or vocational training with a technical emphasis.

• Professional experience in consulting with a focus on cloud migration initiatives across major hyperscalers.

• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code solutions such as Ansible and Terraform.

• Familiarity with container technologies and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices to automate IT services.

• Confident presence with strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Ideally, experience in delivering presentations at the management level.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
