This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to design and enhance strategic hotel programs.
• Assist in the delivery of consulting engagements through effective communication, thorough documentation, and timely issue resolution.
• Aid in managing rate availability, conducting bid analyses, engaging suppliers, tracking projects, and preparing client-ready reports.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret travel and hotel program data utilizing both proprietary and third-party tools.
• Recognize trends, identify savings opportunities, assess program risks, and enhance operational efficiencies.
• Convert data insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Create accurate, visually appealing reports, presentations, and other deliverables intended for client engagement.
• Engage in initiatives aimed at process improvement and product enhancement.
• Strengthen internal operations while enhancing the client experience.
• Background in client-facing consulting, customer success, hotel operations, sales, hotel program management, travel supplier, or corporate travel roles.
• Familiarity with hotel sourcing, procurement, sales, travel program data, travel industry pricing, or supplier discount programs.
• Experience with visualization tools or presentation software beyond Microsoft Office.
• Strong skills in organization, time management, and project management.
• Capability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.
• Exceptional verbal, visual, and written communication abilities.
• Skill in presenting complex concepts and challenging messages to stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in interpreting data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative attitude.
• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships across diverse, cross-functional, and global teams.
• A proactive, consultative mindset with a passion for continuous learning, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in management consulting, financial analysis, travel supplier, or agency management is advantageous but not mandatory.
