Consultant - Freelance Trainer: SAP S/4HANA Finance, MM, Application Support, AMOA, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Facilitate both individual and group mentorship sessions.

• Educate learners on SAP and SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Offer support in Finance, MM (Materials Management), application support, or project management modules based on the individual's profile.

• Clarify business processes and ERP flows.

• Resolve issues pertaining to the migration from SAP to S/4HANA.

• Provide training on ERP project methodologies and AMOA (business analysis/support for project owners).

• Assist with e-invoicing and compliance-related subjects.

• Conduct demonstrations, practical exercises, and case studies.

• Adjust training materials to match the skill levels of learners.

• Deliver active, career-focused pedagogical follow-up.

• Engage in discovery calls prior to the initiation of engagements.

• Complete and submit attendance sheets along with necessary administrative documents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA.

• Proficiency in one or more domains: SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, application support, AMOA, or project management.

• Strong comprehension of ERP environments and business processes.

• Capability to clearly and pedagogically explain technical subjects.

• Comfortable with videoconferencing and remote coaching.

• Background in training, mentoring, or coaching is advantageous.

• Freelance or independent status is mandatory.

• Micro-enterprise or sole proprietor status is required.

• Annual turnover must not exceed €77,000 (including VAT).

• A Declaration of Activity number (Numéro de Déclaration d'Activité) is required or the ability to obtain it after the contract is signed.

• Diligence, independence, and professionalism are essential.
