Consultant, Fractional Marketing Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Offer strategic and hands-on marketing leadership during a pivotal period of organizational growth and transition.

• Propel patient acquisition and facilitate clinic expansion across five clinics and virtual care operations.

• Collaborate closely with clinic operations to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies.

• Create content for both digital and print channels, as well as marketing collateral.

• Track key performance metrics and compile reports on campaign effectiveness.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience within a healthcare environment.

• Proven track record of increasing patient inquiries and appointments.

• Experience in building or reconstructing marketing systems and infrastructure.

• Strong skills in strategic planning and execution.

• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, resource-conscious setting.
