This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee e-discovery projects from the initial collection phase to document production and deposition preparation.
• Cultivate client relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance those connections, escalating prospects to Directors, VP, or Sales.
• Educate project team attorneys on document review technologies and operational best practices.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budget estimates for clients, ensuring adherence to defined budgetary limits.
• Create and implement review workflows tailored to specific legal challenges, enhancing efficiency and minimizing costs.
• Incorporate new technologies and processes into current workflows.
• Collaborate with offshore teams in India to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality work products.
• Recognize and escalate any legal and operational risks.
• A BA/BS degree from an accredited institution is required.
• A JD and an active bar license are mandatory.
• At least 1-2 years of experience managing document review projects independently from collection to production in a law firm or service provider setting.
• Proficient in technology, with a solid understanding of relevant industry platforms and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to gain client trust and engagement.
• Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and a proven capability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
• A collaborative team player with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both internally and externally.
