Consultant, Customer Order Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily supply assurance for designated products and customer segments to ensure adherence to scheduled shipping dates, project deployments, and shipping plan commitments.

• Facilitate the resolution of supply, allocation, and distribution challenges by collaborating with key internal stakeholders, including Supply Planning, Procurement, and Distribution teams.

• Implement established order promising and allocation frameworks while providing data-driven recommendations for prioritization and trade-off decisions.

• Produce executive-level summaries detailing supply status, delivery risks, customer impacts, and recovery strategies.

• Conduct analysis on revenue, risk, and opportunities related to firm demand, backlog, and quoted business to support leadership decision-making.

• Lead root cause analyses of service performance failures and propose corrective measures.

• Shape cross-functional execution results through data-driven insights, even without direct authority.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency with Kinaxis Rapid Response.

• Over 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, covering areas such as Supply Planning, Master Scheduling, Customer Order Promising, Supply Assurance, or Order Fulfillment.

• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and adherence to planning standards.

• Expertise in advanced data analysis techniques using Excel to interpret large, complex datasets.

• Ability to create executive-ready presentations and written communications using PowerPoint.

• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-centric environments that require managing multiple concurrent issues.

• Capability to operate with a high level of autonomy and visibility without direct personnel management responsibilities.
