Consultant – Cloud Infrastructure Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Involvement in customer cloud delivery initiatives

• Comprehend the functional and technical needs of the customer

• Collaborate on the design and execution of Cloud solutions

• Perform testing and upgrade software/hardware prior to deployment in the customer's environment

• Offer expert assistance during installation and acceptance phases

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in OCP/OSP/OSO components of the Red Hat cloud portfolio

• Practical experience with OpenStack and Kubernetes

• Familiarity with HEAT templates

• Background in NFVI/VIM, VNFM, NFVO, and SDN technologies

• Over 10 years of experience in customer service or technical support within a technology-focused environment
