This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Assist in managing case management projects for special populations in North Carolina.
β’ Cultivate client relationships to ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality services.
β’ Act as a reliable day-to-day partner for clients, ensuring effective execution, proactive resolution of issues, and a positive client experience.
β’ Utilize structured problem-solving and consulting methods to understand client needs and contribute to actionable solutions and recommendations in collaboration with team leadership.
β’ Recognize and promote growth opportunities within an assigned portfolio by comprehending client objectives and tracking emerging needs.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in education/government consulting, educational technology, project delivery, client success, account management, business development, or related disciplines.
β’ Experience in Kβ12 education and/or special education is preferred, or the ability to quickly learn complex policy and operational frameworks.
β’ Prior experience in managing client relationships, coordinating project activities, and supporting service delivery in a client-facing role is preferred.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
β’ Innovative problem-solving skills and analytical thinking in fast-paced environments.
β’ Strong writing, verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
β’ Capacity to identify and articulate insights that guide client solutions and account growth possibilities.
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
