This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively identifies, creates, and executes innovative solutions for customers’ training needs.
• Collaborates remotely with a team to accomplish project objectives.
• Ensures the quality of deliverables while monitoring time management.
• Operates independently while effectively communicating and coordinating efforts with team members.
• Works alongside client subject matter experts to gather data for job analysis.
• Organizes data and inputs it into primary software platforms, Qlarity and VISION.
• A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Nuclear Technology, Engineering, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or similar fields.
• A master’s degree is preferred.
• Three to seven years of experience in training analysis, design, and/or development.
• Experience in designing training courses and/or programs.
• Knowledge of nuclear principles, safety protocols, and regulatory standards within nuclear environments.
• Capability to develop training materials such as lesson plans, on-the-job training guides, assessments, and performance evaluations.
• Utilizes eLearning tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) to create and improve training materials.
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both in a team setting and independently on projects.
• Exhibits a detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
