• Background in Oncology, Immunology, Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic diseases [CVRM], and Rare diseases.

• Demonstrated success in leading profitable projects.

• Capability to engage effectively with clients.

• Ability to lead and develop team members.

• Pursue knowledge to create impactful solutions.

• Strong commercial insight is required.

• High emotional intelligence is crucial.
