• Formulate and implement a strategic business plan aimed at driving growth within the territory and achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Broaden the scope and depth of prescribing practices, optimize promotional budgets, and execute the national sales strategy in alignment with GRAIL's standards.
• Identify and target primary care practices to foster interest in Galleri and onboard early adopters.
• Represent and collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team to enhance competitiveness and drive innovation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver field insights that inform strategy and execution.
• Recognize market opportunities and share best practices with colleagues, management, and the Commercial Team.
• Execute promotional initiatives that bolster sales and marketing strategies.
• Work alongside Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to educate healthcare providers on the science of MCED technology.
• Manage intricate customer accounts by engaging with healthcare providers, administrators, and clinical staff.
• Lead high-level product discussions and value-based presentations.
• Evaluate territory performance trends and customer behaviors to inform strategy and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Maintain precise customer documentation within the CRM system.
• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up, operational support, and clinically relevant insights.
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of successful sales experience, or 2+ years if the candidate has direct experience with GRAIL.
• Willingness to travel as necessary—approximately 85%, potentially including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license.
