This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan aimed at fostering territory growth and achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Enhance the breadth and depth of prescribing, optimize promotional budgets, and execute the national sales strategy in alignment with GRAIL standards.
• Identify and engage primary care practices to spark interest in Galleri and onboard early adopters.
• Collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team to boost competitiveness and drive innovation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (sales leadership, marketing, customer service, billing, and other customer-facing teams) to provide field insights that influence strategy and execution.
• Recognize market opportunities, share best practices, and communicate effective selling techniques with peers, management, and the Commercial Team.
• Execute promotional initiatives that support sales and marketing strategies in adherence to industry standards and company policies.
• Work alongside Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to educate providers on the science of MCED technology and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Manage intricate customer accounts by engaging healthcare providers, administrators, and clinical staff through advanced consultative selling and solution-oriented discussions.
• Facilitate high-level product discussions, clinical education sessions, and value-based presentations customized to specific therapeutic and operational needs.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of diagnostic tools, laboratory processes, and clinical applications to aid informed decision-making among customers.
• Assess territory performance trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to refine strategy and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Maintain precise customer documentation within the CRM system.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up, operational support, and relevant clinical insights.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal standards, company policies, and healthcare industry regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience, or 2+ years if the candidate has direct GRAIL experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed—approximately 85%, which may include overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license.
