This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create and develop content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and alignment with CPI’s voice and institutional positioning.
• Convert intricate research and policy analysis into engaging, audience-friendly formats such as posts, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Strategize and execute digital campaigns that align with CPI’s strategic priorities and key projects.
• Coordinate content across various outputs and initiatives, ensuring consistency with CPI’s digital editorial calendar and overall communications strategy.
• Edit and produce short-form videos for social media, focusing on basic cutting, formatting, and optimization for platform performance.
• Collaborate closely with CPI’s communications team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in digital communications, social media management, or content creation.
• Proven track record of creating content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including posts, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Practical experience in video editing for social media (e.g., Reels), covering basic editing, captions, and formatting for optimal platform performance.
• Experience in planning and executing digital campaigns.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in Portuguese; proficiency in English is required.
• Background in mission-driven organizations, public policy, or sustainability-related fields is advantageous.
