⛳️ Requirements

• A preferred four (4) year degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent field experience, though not mandatory.

• A minimum of 10 years of field experience in the construction sector as a lead superintendent on commercial projects is required.

• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

• Proven leadership skills to manage and guide on-site project teams to successful outcomes.
