Construction Superintendent – Hospitality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee hospitality and multifamily projects from the initial groundbreaking phase to the grand opening across the Southern U.S.

• Enforce the company's safety policies and implement site-specific safety programs, fostering a culture of safety at the job site consistently.

• Effectively communicate with all members of the project team through verbal, written, or electronic means.

• Plan, manage, direct, and document all daily activities occurring on the project site.

• Demonstrate proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A preferred four (4) year degree in a construction-related field or equivalent practical experience, though this is not mandatory.

• A minimum of 10 years of field experience in the construction sector as a lead superintendent on commercial projects is required.

• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

• Proven leadership skills to successfully manage and guide on-site project teams to completion.
