This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, direct, and ensure the safety of UICN work crews and subcontractors across all facets of commercial construction.
• Interpret plans and specifications, review and amend shop drawings, and effectively utilize and maintain the project schedule.
• Ensure worker safety and uphold an accident-free work environment in strict adherence to OSHA regulations.
• Execute Quality Control functions.
• Work in partnership with the Project Manager to budget, forecast, and manage craft labor, equipment, materials, small tools, consumables, and the overall working environment.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to assess and revise the project schedule and prepare three-week look-ahead scheduling.
• Manage logistics for barging and air cargo operations.
• Unload, arrange, and store materials, food, and equipment.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Knowledge of the specific project, including the owner’s representatives and the locations of tools and equipment.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three (3) years.
• At least 15 years of construction experience (preferred).
• Between 7 to 10 years of experience in a supervisory capacity (preferred).
• Experience in remote school construction projects (preferred).
• Experience managing remote construction projects (preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud-based construction management systems (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems (preferred).
