Construction Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of the quality control strategy, scope, and plan for extensive heavy civil infrastructure projects.

• Direct mobilization, project execution, and resource allocation.

• Offer mentorship, guidance, and support to engineers responsible for coordinating, executing, and managing the construction of engineering projects.

• Work collaboratively across the organization to establish top-tier quality control and safety strategies, plans, and practices.

• Ensure team members adhere to the high standards set by the Critical Infrastructure Command Team.

• Assist in business development initiatives and serve as a strong external representative and advocate for the Critical Infrastructure Command Team and Ulteig within the industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Professional Engineer.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in large-scale heavy civil infrastructure construction is required.

• At least 2 years of experience managing construction inspection and quality teams is required.

• DOT, ACI, or similar certifications for Asphalt and/or Concrete are preferred.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Exceptional time management abilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Self-driven; capable of working independently as well as part of a project team.
