This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Overseeing construction and refurbishment projects from initial planning to final completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Crafting project briefs, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and execution plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle, which includes feasibility studies, design, procurement, construction, handover, and project close-out.
• Managing project costs, forecasts, purchase orders, and financial reporting to uphold rigorous commercial oversight.
• Leading project meetings, conducting site reviews, and providing progress updates, ensuring that actions are executed and risks are adequately addressed.
• Establishing strong relationships with operational teams, contractors, consultants, and external partners.
• Ensuring that projects are executed safely and comply with CDM 2015, Building Regulations, and company standards.
• Reducing disruption to our sites through effective planning and maintaining open communication throughout the delivery process.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering construction, refurbishment, or fit-out projects from concept through to completion.
• Strong background in project planning, risk management, and project control.
• Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, contracts, and project expenditures.
• Familiarity with CDM 2015, Building Regulations, and health and safety standards in construction.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities and experience working with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• A relevant qualification in construction or engineering (Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent).
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• It would be advantageous to possess APM, PRINCE2, CIOB, or RICS qualifications or memberships.
• SMSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH certification is preferred.
• Experience in delivering projects within active retail, hospitality, or multi-site settings is a plus.
