This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Develop and nurture effective relationships with customers and the community.
• Conduct essential customer service visits from the pre-construction phase through to project close-out.
• Review proposals and engage in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on assigned projects.
• Assist in business development efforts while sustaining customer relationships.
• Oversee and take responsibility for significant projects.
• Manage contract administration, which includes terms, change requests, and invoicing.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and pricing to ensure profitable delivery.
• Offer leadership, mentorship, and performance management for the project team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction management, overseeing large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage development through to closeout responsibilities for multiple, intricate projects.
• Strong attention to detail to effectively organize and manage various project tasks.
• Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and relevant web applications at an intermediate level.
• Proven positive, professional demeanor, along with strong customer service abilities.
• Capability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies effectively.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Willingness to travel up to 50-75% of the time.
