This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +11 more states.
β’ Instruct courses in Construction Management through remote learning platforms.
β’ Equip students with the skills necessary to plan, analyze, and produce effective visual communication.
β’ Teach the application of sketching, color theory, typography, illustration, and printing methods.
β’ Design for various media, including corporate identities, videos, websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.
β’ Provide instruction for both lower and upper-level construction management courses, such as Engineering Graphics-Drawing, Construction Site Management, and Building Construction Law & Regulations.
β’ A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
β’ At least three years of professional experience in construction management or related industries, or three years of relevant experience directly related to the subjects taught and/or appropriate certification or licensure.
β’ Candidates must possess exceptional computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe, Canvas, and have familiarity with information systems.
β’ Must be available to deliver courses utilizing a range of resources.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
β’ A private office space at home or another location is required for confidentiality.
