This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the field operations across an entire site, overseeing all superintendents, trades, and shifts reporting directly to you.

• Develop the site logistics strategy, including laydown areas, crane operations, access routes, and delivery schedules, ensuring seamless collaboration among multiple general contractors and hundreds of trades without conflicts.

• Strategically allocate manpower weekly to ensure that the critical path is consistently staffed with the best resources.

• Lead the site-wide safety culture, enforcing stop-work authority and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have served as the primary field authority on a project exceeding $500M, managing multiple general contractors or numerous trades.

• You have experience in creating logistics plans for congested and fast-paced projects.

• Superintendents have expressed a desire to work under your leadership again.

• You have successfully enforced stop-work protocols while maintaining the project schedule.

• You are willing to travel and reside at the work location.

• Bonus: Experience with data centers or large industrial mega-projects, multi-general contractor coordination, and exposure to both union and open-shop environments.
