Construction Feasibility Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Confirms construction budgets, contracts, and plans while providing guidance on loan structures to minimize risk.

• Reviews and provides feedback on client design plans/specifications, contracts, budgets, invoices, third-party feasibility reports, and design concepts concerning feasibility and loan risk.

• Serves as a liaison among underwriters, credit analysts, sales, and clients regarding construction-related matters.

• Develops and presents training for department clients, including a welcome call and loan-level coaching.

• Interviews and verifies borrowers, owners’ representatives, and general contractors.

• Contributes to the construction element credit policies.

• Engages in the creation and development of future policies and procedures.

• Aids in training CFA I.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in construction management.

• In-depth knowledge of construction loans with construction reserves; familiar with construction terminology.

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

• Proficient in utilizing construction budget confirmation systems (e.g., Marshall and Swift Estimator).
