Construction Engineer I – Temp-to-Hire

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in Warranty Analysis by collecting data and supporting the engineering evaluation of design or installation concerns.

• Contribute to the implementation of Emerging Technologies using GPS-enabled pile driving and drone-based survey methodologies.

• Manage RFIs, design revisions, and field engineering clarifications throughout operations.

• Aid in the planning and documentation of pile load testing procedures and relay findings to project teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Studies, or a closely related technical discipline (preferred).

• 0–3 years of pertinent experience.

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is preferred or a willingness to obtain the certification.

• Strong capability to read and interpret engineering drawings (including civil, structural, electrical, and geotechnical plans).

• Basic understanding of construction processes and engineering documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with CAD, GIS, drone-capture platforms, and GPS machine-control datasets is preferred.

• Ability to perform fieldwork with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
