This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Evaluate conflict reports for prospective business and potential new hires, and convey the findings.
β’ Use discretion to escalate any ambiguous or unusual conflict scenarios to the Firm Counsel and the Director of Business Intake and Conflicts.
β’ Draft consent letters as requested by attorneys within the firm.
β’ Collaborate with the Business Intake Department as necessary to establish, oversee, and dismantle ethical walls.
β’ Propose enhancements to processes or services, solutions, policy modifications, and/or significant deviations from established protocols.
β’ Ensure adherence to firm policies and procedures related to conflicts and assist in formulating departmental procedures and processes.
β’ A Juris Doctor degree and bar membership in the jurisdiction of at least one Firm office location is mandatory.
β’ Preferred experience includes conflict of interest analysis or related risk management initiatives, along with familiarity with Intapp Open.
