This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Set up and oversee software applications along with system configurations.
• Manage configuration baselines throughout development, testing, and production stages.
• Ensure that all modifications are precise, documented, and receive the necessary approvals.
• Assist with software release and deployment tasks.
• Keep configuration records, versioning, and release documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to maintain consistency across builds.
• Create and update configuration documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, security protocols, and industry best practices.
• Work alongside Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Customer Support teams.
• Aid implementation teams in troubleshooting configuration issues.
• Identify and resolve configuration-related problems across different environments.
• Engage in root cause analysis and implement corrective measures.
• Discover opportunities to enhance tools, processes, and automation.
• Contribute to improvements in release and configuration management.
• Configure multi-tenant SaaS environments and manage feature flags/settings.
• Assist with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Maintain configuration matrices and ensure traceability across embedded systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a software development or SaaS context.
• Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and structured release methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple configurations simultaneously.
• Experience with embedded or real-time systems and their management.
• Understanding of change control and deployment methodologies.
• Experience providing support for enterprise, on-premises, or hybrid systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and customer-facing teams.
