Conference Producer, HealthCare Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Performing comprehensive market research to pinpoint current trending topics and timely subjects that should be included in the conference agenda.

• Building solid relationships with subject matter experts and recruiting key industry leaders to potentially serve as speakers, advisory board members, and advocates for the events.

• Collaborating with speakers to craft content and managing all elements of a program throughout its entire lifecycle.

• Assisting in shaping marketing strategies and creating messaging and marketing materials for websites, emails, and social media platforms.

• Partnering with the sales team to identify prospective event sponsors and formulate key messaging for clients.

• Coordinating with clients and internal colleagues to develop and produce advertorial content for webinars, podcasts, white papers, and other products.

• Traveling to conferences to oversee and deliver onsite support in a professional, customer-focused manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience is required.

• Strong project management capabilities and the work ethic necessary to lead proactively.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines through effective problem-solving and time management skills.

• Proficiency in high-level business communication to interact with external partners and all tiers of staff.
