Concrete Foreman

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the daily operations of the concrete team, ensuring optimal productivity, efficiency, and compliance with project timelines.

• Collaborate with fellow foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to sustain workflow and prevent delays.

• Implement all company and site-specific safety measures while continuously monitoring safety on the job site.

• Supervise and engage in concrete forming, placement of reinforcing steel, concrete pours, and finishing tasks.

• Inspire and guide the crew, promoting teamwork, accountability, and exceptional performance.

• Accurately complete daily reports, time sheets, and necessary project documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience overseeing structural concrete operations in heavy, highway, or civil construction projects.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and construction layouts.

• Experience with operating construction machinery and executing hands-on concrete tasks.

• Comprehensive understanding of concrete forming systems, reinforcing steel, placement techniques, and finishing processes.

• Knowledgeable of TDOT/DOT, ACI, and project-specific concrete standards.
