Concierge Security Engineer 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture exceptional partnerships with customers

• Facilitate the direct provision of Arctic Wolf network and endpoint security solutions to clients, which includes tasks such as investigating security incidents, configuring systems, troubleshooting, and verifying data sources

• Promptly address or escalate customer inquiries for guidance, information, or support, coordinating with other teams as necessary

• Engage proactively with both internal and external stakeholders through effective communication

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in a hands-on security position with a solid understanding of security architecture

• A degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent certifications and experience

• Excellent skills in partnership and relationship building within a professional environment

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Additional skills and experience in the following areas:

• Security testing and forensic tools

• Malware analysis

• Scripting/Coding proficiency

• Incident response expertise

• Authentication and identity management

• Risk management, assessment, and adherence to common compliance frameworks

• Penetration testing and attack simulation
