This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Formulate and execute strategies to optimize territory and company goals, including evaluating sales and marketing data to identify key opportunities within the territory.
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s corporate dynamics, key challenges, and concerns, as well as potential opportunities to enhance business revenue.
• Boost the overall sales volume of Essity products by achieving or surpassing set sales targets through the implementation of sales plans and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate in creating internal and external training and educational programs for various Essity-designated disease treatment therapies for customers.
• Conduct in-services, seminars, presentations, and product training on Essity offerings for key customers.
• Participate in territory and regional industry trade shows and symposiums.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments by monitoring competitor activities, products, and trade publications within the assigned territory.
• Possess knowledge of internal operations (such as Customer Service, Contract Management, Distribution, etc.).
• Work together with internal and external partners to effectively represent and expand the Essity business.
• Provide timely, accurate forecasting and sales funnel updates for the assigned territory to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Maintain account records, ensure a healthy pipeline, and track calls in CRM for all territory activities.
• Submit all reports and administrative tasks precisely and punctually.
• Exhibit effective teamwork and collaboration with other Essity colleagues.
• A four (4)-year college or university degree is preferred.
• Two (2) to three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in the medical field, with a strong background in prospecting, cold-calling, and closing new business.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to effectively plan and organize time, schedules, and the use of company resources.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or customer contact database applications.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Strong work ethic is essential.
• Must possess strong time management and territory management skills.
• Residency in the assigned territory is required.
• A valid US driver’s license and compliance with Essity's Corporate Vehicle Policy Standards are necessary.
• TRAVEL: Willingness to travel up to 50% and stay overnight as required.
