This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Verify and assess therapists' session notes for precision and thoroughness.
• Analyze data to detect anomalies or trends that could suggest fraudulent practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Review enrollment criteria and supporting documents to verify authenticity and validity.
• Communicate with therapists and providers to ensure accountability for compliance.
• Access the **HCSIS system** and promptly accept assigned cases.
• Review **Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)** and **Evaluation Reports (ERs)** within necessary timelines.
• Upload verified documents to the provider portal.
• Manage and document **PEIDs-related emails** effectively.
• Prepare and distribute **welcome letters** to clients and families during the onboarding process.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy is essential.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proactive and diligent in follow-up actions.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
• Capability to navigate multiple systems and portals efficiently.
• Experience with healthcare or early intervention documentation, compliance tracking, or collaboration with therapy providers is advantageous.
• Prior experience in verification, compliance, or documentation review is beneficial.
