This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the compliance escalation resource for the Onboarding team regarding intricate, non-standard credentialing challenges.
• Oversee investigations initiated by unusual prescribing patterns, credentialing issues, or identified problematic behaviors.
• Create and implement Strive’s inaugural structured compliance training program tailored for the Sales team.
• Design and present webinars and written educational resources for clinic partners.
• This specialized role explicitly excludes general compliance operations, the drafting of SOPs, quality events, final prescription verification, or pre-clearance sales assistance.
• Current pharmacist license in good standing (RPh or PharmD).
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience with direct involvement in compliance, regulatory affairs, provider relations, or specialty/compounding pharmacy operations.
• Familiarity with DEA controlled substance prescribing regulations (including multi-state and telehealth prescriber registration) and knowledge of the 503A compounding regulatory framework along with state Board of Pharmacy procedures.
• Proven capability to convey complex regulatory and compliance requirements to non-clinical audiences (Sales personnel, clinic administrators, and providers) effectively and with minimal friction.
