Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Performing and responding to audits, both internal and external, across all jurisdictions.

• Preparing daily reports while fulfilling metric standards.

• Assisting with I-9 approval processes.

• Supporting conflict reporting and working in conjunction with our finance team.

• Reviewing legal documents.

• Investigating claims of fraud, waste, and abuse.

• Serving as a resource for escalated issues.

• Conducting quality assurance reviews.

• Must exhibit strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent customer service abilities.

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.

• Skilled in computer usage and telecommunication.

• Experience in data entry and case review.

• Preferred 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
