This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Handles the administrative duties of the AICPA Peer Review Program in alignment with AICPA standards.
• Oversees and resolves administrative cases in PRIMA to guarantee compliance with benchmarks.
• Offers administrative assistance to firms and reviewers for data and material entry into PRIMA.
• Conducts timely follow-ups on overdue peer review submissions and case scheduling.
• Develops, organizes, and maintains peer review documentation.
• Tracks and follows up with firms regarding hearing cases in PRIMA.
• Issues invoices and manages high-risk surcharges.
• Aids the Peer Review Administration Manager with administrative responsibilities and special projects.
• Provides administrative support to the Peer Review Administration Manager and the Professional & Technical Standards Team.
• Contributes to the creation and upkeep of training documentation.
• A four-year college degree is preferred: business, administrative, or any major.
• A minimum of 5 years of administrative or related experience is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively while adapting to shifting priorities.
• Must acquire knowledge of the administrative requirements of the AICPA Peer Review Program and related proprietary management systems (e.g., PRIMA and SharePoint).
• Excellent and confident interpersonal skills are essential.
