This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Become a member of a team of compliance specialists working alongside AR Firm Principals.

• Collaborate with AR Firms to provide coaching and support.

• Create tailored action plans for individual firms.

• Offer regulatory oversight to appointed representative firms.

• Ensure that the principles of Treating Customers Fairly are integrated.

• Identify and address customer, regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.

• Conduct inspection visits, offer feedback, and manage identified issues to resolution.

• Organize and arrange personal firm visits as required.

• Extensive experience in field supervision or compliance monitoring.

• Excellent relationship-building skills and confident communication abilities.

• Proficient in questioning techniques and demonstrating sound judgment.

• Strong analytical skills and a curious mindset.

• Familiarity with Network/National and IFA/restricted advice models.

• QCF Level 4 qualification or equivalent is required.

• A Compliance & Risk qualification is mandatory.
